Light the Tip
Hold the agarbathi at a slight angle and light the coated tip until it catches fire.
Let it Glow
Gently blow out the flame after 5-10 seconds. The tip should glow red with a steady ember.

Insert the uncoated end into an incense holder or ash catcher on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
